Our departure to Japan is 21-November, 2018. We activated our JR Pass on 24th, after exchanging and activating our pass to JR Ticket Office, we told the lady that if she can reserve us a seat bound to Mt. Fuji and then she gave us this paper.
We requested to reserve us a ticket from Shinjuku sta. to Otsuki (via JR Chuo Line Express). (How to read Bullet Train tickets)
From Shinjuku sta. (JR Line) Take the exit 10 (Chuo Line Express) And from there, the bullet train is waiting.
Please note that if the time for example is 11:30 it is not the time the train will arrive but is the time the train will leave...exactly. Japan is strict when it comes to the time of arrival and departure. So be sure to arrive at the correct station before the departure time indicated.
